Questions
Who counts as a founding member?
Anyone who signs up in Furr's first six months after launch. Every feature is free for you until those six months are up.
What happens when the six months end?
You choose. Keep Plus with a flat 30% off your first plan, monthly or yearly, or move to Free. Your pet's records stay either way.
I joined after the first six months. Is there a trial?
Yes. Plus starts with two months free. After that it's LKR 399 a month or LKR 3,490 a year, or you can stay on Free.
I run a cat café or a shelter. Which plan fits?
Plus covers up to 10 pets in one home. For a café, shelter, rescue or any place with more animals, contact us about Furr for Business, which adds staff logins and one care schedule for every animal.
Do I have to pay to book a vet?
No. Bookings, vaccine reminders, vet sharing and Lost & Found are free for everyone.
